Simple Fresh Italian Cookbook and Cooking Classes

Ed & Nora Pankonin came to New Smyrna Beach, Florida for a short visit and fell in love with the area.

The Simple & Fresh Cooking School was born from the publishing of Ed’s cookbook, Simple & Fresh - A Century of Traditional Italian Recipes. It is a “hands on” cooking school that actually shows the techniques used in preparing Italian cuisine.

They have traveled extensively through Italy where there are many such schools. They wanted to create that Italian atmosphere where students come to the villa and set up in the kitchen next to the teacher.

Their recipes were passed down from generation to generation. Nora took over the duty of preserving these treasured recipes and has honed her skills in producing perfect dishes.

Now they want to share these beloved recipes with you. Come join in on these unique cooking classes and begin to master the skills and techniques of old world Italian cooking.
