Most of The Antipasti recipes in this book have been in my family for many, many years. A few are created by us based on something we had and then re-created for our taste. All are easy to duplicate and are really great tasting.
Each section of is based on ingredients. Vegetable, Meat, and Seafood for the Antipasti. The Dolce section is a cross section of Desserts enjoyed throughout Italy. We even use a few of these recipes in our classes at our Cooking School here in Florida. Our one rule is to use the best and freshest ingredients.
