Immerse yourself in a fabulous fun packed weekend learning hands-on old world Italian cooking methods and the art of Venetian flameworking.

Be a part of a vibrant beachside community and participate in a first class program with master glassblower Kyle Carni from Galleria Di Vetro “A Unique Experience in Glass- inspiring creativity while invigorating the soul”. Also in the program are Italian cookbook author Edward Pankonin and his wife Nora, instructors from Simple and Fresh Cooking School. Together they bring to the school 50 years of cooking experience with a concentration in old world Italian foods and culture.

THE WEEKEND PACKAGE INCLUDES:

	Friday Night - • Antipasti Class • A special Italian wine and antipasti tasting Enjoy eating antipasti (that you prepared in class) during a wine tasting reception.
	Saturday - • Cooking Classes for Lunch and Dinner A trip to the outdoor market to purchase fresh items for the recipes • Enjoy a Tuscan style lunch and dinner (that you prepared in class).
