We conduct our “hands on” cooking classes where YOU are the cook! Together we prepare attractive, delicious dishes with the best and freshest ingredients available just as they do in Italy. Hence “Simple & Fresh”.

We will teach you these dishes from my family, with a Neapolitan flavor as well as dishes from Florence, Bologna, Sicily and others that we have enjoyed in Tuscany and Rome.

You will learn the secrets of great Italian cooking and enjoy memorable Italian meals with good wine in a beautiful setting. And, you will have accomplished it with our guidance.

Nora, though not Italian, has been the chief cook for our family for many years. She is very exact and precise. I on the other hand, grew up with our cooking and Italian heritage and am really laid back. Together we make a great teaching team. One of the few husband and wife teams teaching cooking today.
